A bright apartment that is located on the 1st floor of a former inn transformed and revisited by a collective of creators. A place unique and magical place. The space Welcome to Les 3 Cathares gîte, a "loft" style apartment that can accommodate 7 people, located at the foot of Peyrepertuse Castle in the village of Rouffiac-des-Corbières (Aude). This place is above all a place of creation dedicated to people wishing to immerse themselves, for a few days, in the world of creation in order to discover and enjoy a space with different dimensions. It will not be suitable for standardized expectations. A few meters from the vacation rental are: a grocery store-restaurant-bar-café-concert... and tutti quanti, a gas station, the Verdouble River and its many natural pools to swim in, an equestrian center, a cheese factory... and of course: the start of a plethora of magnificent walks! We are close to the Cathar Castles, the village of Cucugnan, the Gorges de Galamus, Mount Bugarach... and so many other sublime places that we will be happy to share with you. Many outdoor activities are offered (hiking, canyoning, paragliding, horseback riding...) in the heart of these landscapes. Various local producers are also to be discovered at their homes or at nearby markets. The cottage is 45 minutes from Perpignan, 1 hour 15 minutes from the Spanish border, 1 hour 20 minutes from Narbonne, 1 hour 30 minutes from Carcassonne, 1 hour 40 minutes from the ski slopes, 1 hour 30 minutes from hot springs... The accommodation, a bright apartment/loft located on the 1st floor of an old inn, has been completely transformed and revisited by a collective of creators. A unique and magical place, inviting you to immerse yourself in the heart of creativity. The cottage is also suitable for any form of artistic residence. It consists of an equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, dishes…), 2 toilets, 2 sinks and 2 showers. A large living room with access to a small terrace terrace. Sleeping arrangements: - A mezzanine with 1 bed (160 x 200) 2 people. - A mezzanine with 1 bed (140 x 190) 2 people and 1 bed (120 x 190) 1–2 people. - 1 bed (140 x 190) for 2 people located in the living room, - Extra beds: 2 single mattresses. Note: as the apartment is designed as a loft, there is no "closed" bedroom, the privacy of the bedding is however preserved by canopy curtains. You can also enjoy on the ground floor the common area, a large unoverlooked terrace with wooden cabins for children, waterfall, barbecue, hammock, outdoor bathrooms. If you'd like, we can provide you with sheets/duvets and pillows for an extra charge of €15/bedding. Here’s what to know: Faced with the influx of requests for this type of accommodation, the reservation of the cottage is limited to one week.
