KAKI HOUSE was completed on February 28, 2019. The apartment is cozy and beautiful, with superior geography. 30 seconds walk from Exit 9 of Zoo Station. Located in a very quiet area, 2 minutes walk to the 24-hour Yuchout Supermarket, 8 minutes walk to the Tango Gypsum open until 5am, 3 minutes walk to the 24-hour FamilyMart, within walking distance of 4 train lines, it is the perfect place to visit Tennoji Temple, Namba, Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori and Umeda. The space KAKI HOUSE is a newly built apartment house with brand new rooms and a brand new feel. It has three floors and an elevator. There are 8 rooms with private bathrooms. The room equipment is free to use. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, laundry detergent, pots, spatulas, cutlery, cotton buds, fruit knives, scissors, cutting board, mineral water are provided. Equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, microwave, kettle, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner and air conditioner. Free internet is available in all rooms. Guest access KAKI HOUSE Precautions 1. No Smoking is allowed. NO SMOKING. Including bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, balcony, living room, corridor. There is a designated smoking area outside the ground floor entrance. 2. Not suitable for pets. 3. Indoor slippers are not allowed to be worn outside. 4. Please do not eat on the bed, a dining table is provided. 5. Please put everything back in its original place in the room before checking out, do not take it away. 6. There will be no cleaner to clean the room during your stay, please contact us in advance if you need it, and you will be charged a cleaning fee. 7. If the key is lost, you will be charged 2000 yen.  8. No parties and events are allowed indoors, keep quiet after 10pm, no loud noises. 9. Please throw the garbage in the trash can on the left side of the ground floor gate after sorting the garbage. 10. Please use the facilities in the house properly, and do not damage them. If there is malicious damage, we will take photos as evidence and request compensation. 11. Conserve the Earth's resources, please turn off the lights, air conditioning and electrical appliances when leaving the room. 12. Please check out on time.
