Designer Loft for Events! (No overnight stay)

This is a well-designed, colorful, quirky loft that I custom-designed for myself. It's spacious, airy and clean with cute details. I'd like to share it with others by renting it out only during the daytime from 9am to 10pm. The living/dining/kitchen/toilet will be accessible. Access to one bedroom will cost extra and is not available via instant booking. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Not available for unmarried couples. Alcohol and pets not allowed. The space This is a well-designed, colorful, quirky loft that I custom-designed for myself. It's spacious, airy and clean with cute details. Located in a quiet, safe, quaint neighborhood, not far from the city center. To rent for events! Please read carefully till the end. My home is snazzy, bright, spacious and fun. Everything in it is handpicked or thoughtfully designed by me. I don't live here most of the time, and I'd love for others to enjoy it! The entire house is well-ventilated and clean. What I love the most is my kitchen, which is huge! It's an open kitchen, ideal for communal cooking and entertaining. The living and dining areas are also very nice and flexible. There's a balcony with a swing, and greenery all around. I'm looking for people with good taste, who are interested in designer spaces and can maintain my home as lovingly as I have. I'm renting the place out during the daytime, for the particular purpose of photo or video shoots, as well as small group events such as fundraising parties or moving galleries. As a guest, you'll be able to access the living spaces and kitchen, as well as the common toilet. You may also have restricted access to one of the rooms, depending on requirement (for a photoshoot, for example). Rooms are not available if you book via instant booking. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and family-friendly. You may use the space for the following: Quiet Events (without loud music) during the daytime +seminars +temporary art displays/ galleries +fundraising events +book club meets or professional meetups +poetry readings +gaming events +small gatherings +photo or video shoots You may carry out photoshoots or video shoots, as long as they're tasteful, modest and decent. Parking is limited, so please identify spaces where your guests can park on the main road and walk to the venue. You can park 1-2 cars on the street along the property. The parking space within the premises and other spaces such as corridor and terrace are not to be used. Guest access For photo/video-shoots: You may access all common spaces of the house except the bedrooms, which will be locked. These can be made accessible upon request (not via instant booking). Please let me know where you will be shooting beforehand. For other events: The living/dining/kitchen spaces will be accessible. Bedrooms will remain locked. You can use the common toilet. Access to terrace and ground floor/parking is not allowed. Other things to note No one will be available to help or run errands. Please do not make noise and disturb the neighbors or residents of the building. Requests for time extension or access to extra spaces will not be accepted. There is limited parking, so please identify places to park on the main road and walk down to the venue. 1-2 cars can be parked in the lane along the property, but it's a very narrow lane. The space must be left as found, not in a mess.
