Peaceful Cabin at Bills Way

Peaceful cabin with large studio room and en-suite. Close to the lake and to highways to the national park and ski fields. Surrounded by trees with a lovely outlook over the Wanaka hills. Fantails and bell birds visit often. It's a short 5 min stroll to the lake and a 5 min drive or 30 min walk along the lake shore to the town centre. Continental breakfast is provided. Pets welcome by negotiation (we have two ourselves). The space Our cabin is suitable for 1-2 people, who want a relaxing time away in a peaceful but convenient location. The room is spacious with either two single beds or one king size bed (configured using the two singles). It has a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, cutlery, glasses, WiFi, desk space, armchairs, hair drier, iron and a heat pump/ air conditioner. We will put any dishes used through our dishwasher and replace. Please note that the cabin does not have a kitchen sink, oven or washing machine. The cabin is fully insulated and windows/sliding door double glazed, so is comfortable in both summer and winter. It is situated at the top of our garden and there is a shared outside patio area nearby with BBQ and table/chairs, covered in summer by grape vines and wisteria. Guest access Guests can access our common patio area and outside dining table, BBQ and the garden. Off-street parking available. Other things to note We have a large, friendly dog on the property who likes to be with humans and other dogs and will greet you at the gate - each time. We also have a cat who will be around. The property borders onto a equestrian place and sometimes horses will come past close to the cabin.
