A spacious and cosy bungalow

It has split system air conditioning, to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Electric blanket is also available to keep your bed warm. The fast NBN WIFI (Telstra) is available to support your internet connection needs. You will have the entire self-contained bungalow with kitchen for yourself. Please book the place based on the number of people staying as the pricing would be different. The bungalow is behind the main house. So the front side/veranda of the bungalow is directly facing the backyard of the main house. There are room-darkening shades/blinds to close the windows, so you can make the bungalow completely private. You are very welcome to use the outside area, it is however NOT private as it is facing the backyard space of our home where you might meet/see us and our young family around from time to time. We are growing screening plants to make the veranda more private for you. You will enter the bungalow waliking up the driveway. Free street parking is expected and safe as the street is pretty quiet. There is only a small washing machine (3.5kg max) in the bungalow. There is no dryer, but there is a drying rack. There is also a coin laundry shop nearby called Scoresby Laundry, which opens 6am to 10pm daily. There is a queen-size bed in the bedroom. The single bed for the third person is a folded single bed that we could set-up for you in the bedroom or the living room. Just let us know. Portacot is also available upon request. No party please and the quite time in the neighbourhood is between 10pm to 7am. Guest access Coffee, tea, sugar and milk are provided for you to have a relaxing morning!
