Domus Iberica Burgau, close to beach & restaurants

My villa is located in the fishing town of Burgau in the Western Algarve, 1 hour from Faro airport by car. Set on 3 levels with parking, it has everything you need for a fantastic holiday. It has been furnished by an interior designer with modern locally made furniture. The villa overlooks a national park that you can walk straight onto from the property. It is located on the edge of the village away from the hustle and bustle but less than 5 minutes walk to many restaurants and the beach. The space The villa is on 3 floors and access is only by stairs so care with small children is required. Because of the stairs this property is not suited to anyone with impaired mobility. The villa is fully air conditioned; these can also blow warm air if required. From the lounge area there are glass doors that open out onto a private cobbled courtyard area with a large dining table and chairs for eating outside along with sun loungers and a charcoal BBQ. Guest access You have full access to the villa and courtyard garden apart from the garage. There are loungers for guest use in the courtyard garden for sun bathing with view of the national park. You can park right outside the front door in a slip road making loading and unloading easy and your car can be left there when not in use, there is no parking charge. Other things to note Smoking and pets are not permitted in the villa and there is no private pool at the villa but the sea is about a 5 minute walk away. The local sports club on the edge of the village has a pool anyone can use. April 2023 prices are 7 EUROS for an adult and 3 EUROS for a child. You can also hire a tennis court and rackets. WiFi is via a 400 Mbs fibre connection. Whilst speeds vary based on usage across the network, typical speeds recorded are 100 - 200 Mbs download and 50 - 75 Mbs upload. There are approximately 15 restaurants in the village along with 4 bars, they are all within a 5 - 8 minute walk. Lagos has many more places to eat and drink and this is less than 15 minutes by car. You can also travel there by bus and Uber taxis are easily available for a few EUROs. Registration Details 189/2006
