Green room with private bathroom, strict center

*PARKING EXTREMELY NARROW* see photo. 170 width max. *NO ELEVATOR* Bedroom for 2 people with air con., balcony and private bathroom. Newly renovated in an old building (strict center). You won't need car or public transportation to see the sights. Towels, bedding, hair dryer, hair iron, iron, soap, shampoo. You can use the kitchen. I am sometimes in the other bedroom and my mother lives in the apartment across, uses kitchen also, cleans and welcomes the guests. The space It is a room with bathroom in a rooftop apartment. Last floor (third) on the roof. There are check in instructions with photos. The apartment is turned away from the street overlooking the yard and quiet. The bed is 180×200cm. The washing machine is new and you also have an iron for clothes. The wardrobe is huge with a lot of space and hangers extra blankets and bathrobes are inside. Hairdryer, hair iron, shampoo, soap and all needed is in the bathroom. If anything else is needed I am sure I have it somewhere in the apartment ;) just ask my mom. Guest access You can use the kitchen and dining area. My bathroom and my mothers is across from your room, and my room doors are next to the kitchen. There is a parking space in the right side of the yard of the building but the access to it is really narrow so I wouldn't recommend using it if you have bigger car. Parking price in the garage is around 8euro/24hrs. I recommend garage TUŠKANAC Also the cheapest option is on the streets around, 180kn (24 euro) is weekly ticket, 8-13 daily... Keep in mind that Sunday and Holliday parking is free. if you need more advice on parking contact me. Earthquake left no damage on the apartment but we canceled the gas stove in the kitchen just in case. During your stay I am available always through the Airbnb app and WhatsApp if not home. My mother lives in the apartment across and is home all the time so for anything needed there is someone available at all times. She speaks English. She is also available on WhatsApp. Other things to note My mom lives in the small apartment across and she is using my kitchen. WE DO NOT provide washing powder or softener for washing clothes. This turned out to be too expensive for us as people were taking it from the room with them.
