The space The house offers an open plan living area and kitchen leading to a sheltered entertainment deck overlooking the beach and bay. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, main en-suite with second bathroom. There is also a guest bathroom with shower downstairs. It's about a 2 minute drive down to the beach and a 5-10 minute walk down the hill. 5 minutes drive from trendy Kalk Bay and about 5 minutes drive to Simon's Town the other way. There is a single garage available for your use during your stay. There are 2 flights of stairs up to the house so its not suitable for anyone that cannot walk up stairs.
