Close to the beach, but not too close!

Only three minutes walk from the main beach, open plan upstairs living space with great views out to the sea, and beach. Two good size bedrooms on the ground floor with small garden. The apartment is in a small block in a cul-de-sac with plenty of parking, close to the Church and two main supermarkets - Spar & Baptista. The main bedroom on the ground floor has a small terrace off where you can sunbath or you can use the terrace off the living area upstairs. The space The bathroom was refurbished in December 2022 in local Portuguese style in keeping with the apartment. The tiles in the bathroom are stressed (aged) traditional Portuguese design (from Leroy Merlin) so the apartment looks more authentically Portuguese and not a modern white apartment. I am sorry in hindsight if they look dirty, but they are not. Guest access Key safe and unique keycode Other things to note The Property will be delivered in good order, clean, fully furnished and with laundered linen. The rent includes a weekly change of linen and towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per guest). No beach towels are provided as they kept going missing. There is no daily housekeeping service. The Owner has contracted with local utilities to provide water, electricity and Wi-Fi. Due to allergies no shower gel or washing machine powder is provided (however some guest leave such items).
