Villa with Garden in DIniwid

The house is for long and short term rental. Located up-hill, near City mall and 25 min from D-Mall/Station 2. Surrounded by a big garden and therefore pests(geckos, frogs, mosquitos) even if we do regular pest control. access 1: from the compound ,80 steps and walk. 2: from road, near the property, you can go up only with an e-tryc or a motorbike. Native roofing=NO A/C!! Utilities charged separately, maid and ordinary repairs for tenant account. The space Tahanan is located close to the Diniwid beach, in the lovely Boracay. Diniwid is the only residential area of Boracay, where many residents live and where the golf course is. The property is "UPHILL", with no sea view, far from DMALL and Station 1, you will need to walk or use transportation to move around.You will need transportation to go party. This is an house to relax..!! You can walk from Diniwid to Station 2, it takes 30/40 minute. The pricing of the house is in line with Boracay, even a touch below. We are doing our best to make you feel at home, this is still an house, if you want an hotel, there are many on the island, book one of them. Sadly in this area is difficult to find nice finishing touches, we are always interested in improving, and we try to do so with what is available to us. As the property is surrounded by wilderness, you may have close encounters with the local fauna mainly Tokay geckos (endangered specie that makes aloud sound), regular geckos, frogs) do not be scared, they are part of your experience!! Remember that prior booking... One bedroom is in our new mezzanine and the other sleeping area is right below with a double bed and obscuring curtains as walls. For groups exceeding 5 the gazebo room will be made available as well as the outdoor toilet. We have screen doors with mosquito nets, clients need to close them to avoid mosquitos coming in...we had guests that seemed not to realize this. Guest access The house has an open kitchen with a lovely mezzanine, comfortable sofas, wi-fi connection and a bathtub, pretty rare for the Philippines. The property will be cleaned on a every 2days, change of bedsheets and towels is again every 3 or 4 days; we can arrange extra laundry for a flat rate. Please do not eat in the rooms and if you need something just tell us. For beach connoisseurs it competes with the best beaches of more popular destinations such as the Caribbean and the South Pacific as well as neighbouring Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia. Other things to note The house is provided with CCTV... We do not reimburse the cleaning fee nor the stay in rate, in the event of cancellation during the stay.
