Swimming Pool: Guest are required to wear proper swimming attire 2. Kid’s Playground: Any damages and / or stealing of any play equipment and items will attract a replacement fee. 3. Lost or damage of parking device, parking access card and accommodation access card, keys will attract a fee of RM150. 4. Apartments / condominiums should be left in good and clean condition. Burn of deposit will apply if units are left in a dirty and messy condition. Any breakage or damage of any equipment and / or furniture will be charged to the guest accordingly to the inventory price list. 5. Guests are requested to park their vehicle at the designated parking lot and parking is at guest’s risk. 6. The management will not be responsibility for any dangerous activities, illegal activities and loss of valuable items during the stay due to guest negligence.
