n. 1 new and well-furnished room with private bathroom located in a new, well-kept and quiet building (green area with parking), 10 min. walk from the historic center and 5 min. from Ospedale Maggiore. Fiere di Parma is a 10-minute drive (very close to both the Parma ring road and the road that leads directly to the Fairgrounds). Bus to the historic center, Hospital, EFSA and FFSS Station with a stop in front of the building. The room can accommodate an additional guest in an extra bed. Other things to note The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The other bedroom with two beds ( see another listing) is modular: single/double or double. its bathroom (master bathroom) can be shared.
