Newly built 3-room apartment is located in the rear building (6th floor, without elevator) of an old building in Berlin. Beautiful kitchen, large skylights and bright wooden floors, spacious terrace provide a relaxed atmosphere. Quick transport connection to all districts by tram and S-Bahn (Greifswalder Str.) The space The whole apartment has two separate bedrooms, the combined kitchen and living room with fully equipped kitchenette and a large dining table and living area to relax, watch TV and entertain. The beautiful balcony to the quiet backyard invites you to linger and relax in the summer. We attach great importance to cleanliness and additional hygiene measures due to the coronavirus. After the apartment has been thoroughly cleaned between two stays, the frequently touched surfaces are then disinfected. For hand hygiene, we provide hand sanitizer. Fresh towels and linens are of course provided and included in the price. We are happy to organize an earlier check-in or later check-out. Please let us know the desired arrival time. Please contact me in good time if you would like to leave your luggage in the apartment during the day on the day of departure and pick it up later. Depending on the occupancy, we will try to find a solution. Guest access The apartment is on the 5th floor without an elevator. Climbing stairs is required. The whole apartment is at your disposal. Make yourself at home. The apartment is located in a quiet residential building. Please respect our neighbors. Especially in the period from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, please no music and unnecessary noise in the apartment, on the terrace and in the stairwell. Other things to note CITY TAX Since January 1, 2025, the city of Berlin has levied an overnight tax/city tax of 7.5% of the total overnight price (excluding service fee) for all privately arranged overnight stays. This tourist tax is also to be paid directly to us in cash when the keys are handed over. You can see more information about the city tax at the state of Berlin. LATE ARRIVAL SURCHARGE Arrivals after 10 pm are subject to a surcharge of 20 EUR. It is mandatory to pay the surcharge in cash at the check in. Registration Details 03/Z/AZ/004220-18
