Come and stay at our Studio Suite located directly above the KL East Mall. The KL East Mall is now open. The mall will house favourite designer shops - Uniqlo & H&M. Also lots of activities - Blue Ice Skating Ring, Camp 5, Jungle Gym, Toys R' Us and MBO Cinemas. Village Grocers, Starbucks Coffee, Cafe Chef Wan and lots more F&B outlets will also be opening soon. The condo are also located nearby Zoo Negara, UIA, UTARC, Batu Caves and Genting Highlands. The space Our units are clean, cozy and homely for our guests. The unit is a brand-new, modern, cosy, and clean apartment/condominium with abundant shared facilities available such as swimming pool, half basketball & futsal courts, jogging track, children playground, gymnasium, games room and others. It's a studio apartment (1 plus 1 bedroom) with an area of approx 650 square feet. It comes with: ~ Master Bedroom equipped with 1 queen bed plus 1 floor mattress ~ 1 additional room with 2 single bed ~ Living hall fits a 3 seater sofa, a Smart TV with Netflix and high speed wifi ~ Dining area - 4 seater dining table ~ Full kitchen with microwave oven, electric stove & oven, fridge, kettle, toaster ~ Air-conditioning to all bedrooms, living and dining area The apartment is integrated with retail and commercial lots to fulfil the needs of the residents. It can accommodate comfortably for 4 pax plus 1 We provide clean and fresh bedsheets, pillow cases, coverlets, towels for every check-in. Guest access You will have access to the whole apartment. Unit also comes with 1 secure car bay for you to use. You may do self-check-in and check-out via the access card provided. There are shared facilities: ~ 4 swimming pools - 2 adults plus 2 children friendly pool ~ Half basketball ~ A futsal courts ~ A 1 km jogging track ~ A children's playground ~ A gymnasium *During extended MCO period usage of condo facility has capacity limit and requires advance booking. DO inform us time and duration of use (including pool) at least a day in advance* Other things to note Enhanced Safety and Security The Management had recently improved the safety and security to access the condo. Guests are required to do the following: 1. Provide Government ID of the guest (lead guest only) and car(s) registration to us via whatapp 48 hours prior to check in (in case of late booking - immediately upon booking confirmation). We will help to register with Management. 2. Upon check in - please register with the guard. 3. Key collection will be facilitated by my brother (who will whatapp you) 1 night prior to check in 4. Car entrance will be assisted by the guard based on guest and car(s) registered. No additional car park allocation will be provided. (FYI 1 car park for studio unit and 2 car parks for 2 bedroom and above) As this enhanced Safety and Security measures are newly introduced, it may require enhancement from time to time to suit practicality and will be subject to change. We do expect some teething challenges at the at first and feedback the Management along the way.
