The first/ground floor of a two-story house provides guests with a private large studio fully equipped with a kitchen and a bathroom. Accommodates up to four guests with WiFi, Netflix, bicycles, and warm hospitality by experienced hosts who live nearby. Free parking in the backyard available upon request. The space - A spacious studio sleeps up to four guests with a double and a single beds. A sofa bed will be provided for the fourth guest, and upon request for the third guest. - The kitchen is equipped with a sink and a single induction stove, pans, plates and silverware. - The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, towels and a hair dryer are provided but bring your own toothbrush. - The washer/dryer in the lobby is for shared use with another floor. Pick up the load quickly when it's done. Guest access Besides the lockable room on the first floor guests can use shared washer/dryer in the lobby and bikes in the backyard. During your stay The hosts live 10 min from the suites and tend to communicate with guests upon check-in/out or during their stay. Other things to note - The backyard parking for one vehicle is free for guests with advanced booking.
