A beautiful place, a multitude of water and sports activities, many trails, beaches and sunsets… A place that will offer you plenty of beautiful vacation memories! The space House of 90 m2, not huge but very functional, clear and bright, a main living room kitchen with all modern comforts, 4 bedrooms (3 with a 160 bed, one with toilet and shower room and 1 with a bunk bed + 1 pull-out bed), another shower room, a toilet, total capacity 8/9 people. The entire house is air-conditioned. Two large terraces, one with a plancha area for your meals in complete tranquility and not overlooked, the other with pool garden furniture area. The garden has several spaces, including a grassy relaxation area under the pine trees and the whole is completely enclosed. There is the road to the lake that is a little busy in the morning and evening but otherwise the house is located in a quiet area, which you will appreciate after a good day of activities! The entire house is at your disposal, car parking is at the bottom of the house, spaces reserved for residents (badge to be placed on the windshield) capacity 2/3 vehicles. For a comfortable vacation with friends and family, the house is ideal for 8. The rental is in good intelligence, (the one who finishes the salt buys another… ;-) with respect for the place and the environment, it is our house, we leave everything, for your comfort, to you to take care of it as if it were your home, thanking you for respecting this rule. In addition to the usual amenities, you will find: free Wi-Fi access, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, microwave, American fridge, ironing board, iron, washer-dryer, laundry baskets, clotheslines, TV, speaker, board games, linens (no extra charge), outdoor games, table tennis, petanque, darts.
