Venice: between heaven and earth... The space Extremely handy to everything. Silent. Clean. Essential. The apartment is located in Venice's front door, convenient for those who come by car and bus and also for those who are going to embark for a cruise. If you are travelling by train you can reach us crossing the new modern bridge (Ponte della Costituzione) that stands 3 mins walk to the right of the train station Santa Lucia. However the apartment, inspite its central position, is very quiet. Parking is located 50 meters from the house, and it comes at special rates to us. If you arrive by bike you can park inside the courtyard of Venicedire. We have free WI-FI and air-conditioning. Guest access You don't need vaporetto or water taxi to get there as the apartment is located at Piazzale Roma which is the bus station and car park of Venice. Guests will have access to the entire apartment with all amenities. It is at the first floor (3 steps only to get in). At your arrival I will be waiting for you to meet and greet. Please let's keep in touch one or two days before via Airbnb in order to arrange things for you. Other things to note Please provide a valid document for the check-in. There's an extra fee due for local tax of 1,50€ /person/day only for the first 5 days. It doesn't apply to children up to 10 years, and from 10 to 16 it's half. This sum should be paid cash at the check-in. If you travel with children, please let me know in advance. The availability of extra beds/cots is not guaranteed and has to be agreed with us.
