Curl up on the super comfy couches, pull out the chess or checker-board, or work on one of the landscape puzzles for a night in. However, you can't beat what the city has to offer in this fantastic location - everything is within easy walking distance! As a rule we only take families. We don't take groups of more than 8 adults as we are in a very respectful neighbourhood. Guest access Entire use of the apartment with a fully set-up kitchen to make your stay easy & convenient or channel your inner chef! Gas cooktop and stainless appliances. Unlimited FREE and super fast Wifi included to stream or surf uninterrupted. The resort facilities includes an indoor pool, steam room and fully equiped gym for your use, up on level 66 (or level 40). Here also includes access to BBQ and entertaining facilities (please make sure you fully clean up after use). Other things to note We are family friendly with a portable cot (which fits with ease in the main bedroom or living room), baby bath and high chair available. "Things You Need to Know Before You Book" - We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement. - Guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their Gov ID as an additional security measure. This is separate from Airbnb identity verification. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction. - We also require a Refundable Security deposit which is separate to your booking. See House rules for more info Insect and Pests- QLD is a tropical climate in which insects, rodents, lizards and other animals such as possums and snakes unfortunately exist and you may encounter these pests during your stay. All of our homes are treated regularly with insecticides and the residue of these treatments may sometimes leave some dead insects in the properties. This is not a sign of infestation, rather that the treatment is working. Please notify us immediately if you see any live insects, so we may take appropriate action. An encounter with a pest inside or outside of your rental is not reason for termination of your rental agreement nor a refund of all or any part of your monies. You may be required to allow access for service personnel should repairs or maintenance be necessary. The guest agrees to allow the agent and/or appointed tradesperson to enter onto the property at any time to effect or investigate repairs or complaints. All repairs will be affected as soon as practicable. On public holidays and after hours it may at times prove difficult to get tradespeople straight away. We will always do everything we can to minimise inconvenience caused but cannot issue partial refunds or give discounts. Maintenance issues will not cause for discounts or refunds. Please report any maintenance issues, if any, as soon as possible after your arrival, so that we can have the opportunity to rectify for you in a timely and efficient manner Only the number of persons advised on the website and confirmed booking, are permitted to occupy the premises. In the event of renovation/building work being carried out near the premises, such work is beyond our control and we cannot accept responsibility for any disturbance, noise or inconvenience you may suffer as a result.
