The space This condo is one of the nicest, most comfortable condos in the complex.....Ski Time Square Condominiums are located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski Village. Skiing, boarding, biking, hiking, dining, nightlife and après ski entertainment are just steps away. This super studio loft, two-bathroom modern cabin is conveniently located across the street from the slopes and the Christie chair lift is only 75 yards away..... This home is cozy and makes really makes feel like you are in a modern, plush cabin in the woods, as you can hear Burgess Creek rushing with the windows open during spring and summer! This tastefully decorated condo features 3 levels with an open loft, great fully stocked kitchen, 2 bathrooms, wood floors throughout, in-unit washer and dryer!!! and gas fireplace. Two sofa sleepers in the living areas provide for added sleeping space if needed (please remember that the space is meant for 2-4 guests only, but is great for a small family and will sleep up to 6 comfortably). Each of the pull out beds have gel foam mattresses, as the owner of this unit, I actually prefer to sleep on the upstairs pull out sometimes. It's that comfortable! The living space has a 32' LCD TV, gas fireplace, stereo and DVD player. The loft also has a 32' LCD TV. What's a mountain vacation without the hot tub and sauna? The amenities building is located between the 3rd and 4th floors, across a catwalk, from within the West Building. Just go explore around there and you will find it. Private ski lockers, snack and soda machines, and a full laundry center located just steps away from your condo. You won't be disappointed. This condo is also one of the only units in the building with it's own washer and dryer in the unit, so easy!! This spacious studio condo(830 sf) has 2 bathrooms and 3 levels. Enjoy the many shops, restaurants, and entertainment choices that are all within walking distance, a welcome to tired legs and sore feet after a long day on the slopes. The condo door is 10 feet from the rushing waters of Burgess Creek with a beautiful mountain and forest view. With it's own private entrance, the condo is located on the ground floor at the east end of the building for privacy, convenient check-in/out, and unloading baggage next to the front door. You can access this unloading area by driving down the ally right before the "Kutuk" building. Please do not leave your car unattended here, you are at risk for it to be ticketed and/towed. The best part of the condo is there is -- no condo directly above you, and a very thick wall separates you from the only other unit on one side so there are never noise complaints.
