This is a no frills everything you need and nothing you don't apartment. 5 minutes from the highway and downtown. Perfect for one night or a month. Very secluded and private with no neighbors or noise. 100% safe parking for all of your belongings. Great for a short getaway, work, traveling through or a hunting/ fishing trip. There is enough parking to accommodate a large 5th wheel or boat. Pet friendly with a dedicated dog area. The space The apartment is very quiet and peaceful with no traffic noise. Feel free to invite a guest over but please no parties. The apartment is 800sqft and fully furnished. One bedroom, bathroom with washer and dryer. Full kitchen and living room with TV and internet. There is a cot for extra guests. The apartment contains virtually everything needed for a short or long term stay. The space is EXTREMELY quiet inside so perfect for a relaxing getaway or after a long day's work. My house sits on the same 5 acre property so I'm always around if you need something. We can have as much or little interaction as you want. The kitchen is stocked with whiskey if you enjoy or have wanted to try. Don't be shy and please enjoy it. I am available to teach about whiskey and making cocktails if interested. Guest access Guests can have access to the property around the apartment. The section of pasture on the left can be used for dogs and the center pasture is for play(no dogs on center pasture) The entire 800sqft apartment is yours with a private patio, chairs, x2 firepits, play gym for young kids, views of the chickens. Other things to note This place is very private and quiet. You're welcome to have friends over but please no parties. The apartment is far enough away from my house so you don't have to worry about noise or coming and going If you are coming here for work and plan on doing work from the apartment the internet is very reliable but limited to 5mbps. Please keep in mind that this is a country shop apartment. Though I thoroughly clean everything between guests there may be the occasional cobb web I miss from the high ceilings. If bringing a dog please select the pet fee. It helps with the added costs of cleaning and maintaining a play area for the pets.
