We offer our well appointed self-contained studio attached to our home. A private air-conditioned space with your own access through self check-in. Free off-street parking. A wonderful base for your Hawkes Bay stay. The separate bedroom has a queen size bed. You have a lounge with kitchenette, a large bathroom and separate toilet. A washing machine. There is a private, sun drenched courtyard with outdoor furniture, umbrella and Gas BBQ to relax and unwind after exploring our beautiful region The space The TV in the lounge has Freeview and Youtube. We have free unlimited wifi. The Air Conditioning unit in the lounge can heat or cool the BnB for your comfort. Tea, coffee, sugar and blue top milk are provided. The fridge has a small freezer compartment. There is a microwave, jug, toaster and air fryer. Iron, ironing board, hair dryer are all provided. The bathroom has hand wash, body wash, bath soap, shampoo and conditioner. The gas BBQ has a side burner and a pot, roasting dish and utensils are provided. NEW-washing machine and wash tablets. NEW- Davey water filtration system from PASLR, Auckland- No harsh chemicals & fresh filtered water straight from every tap. A guide to local amenities and our favourite places to visit is provided for your convenience. Guest access You have full access to the self contained, private studio and courtyard at the rear of our home. There is an off-street parking space by our front door for you to use.
