The space The villa belongs to the complex of Stavronikitas Villas, each one very spacious with its own private garden. It is located in the beautiful pine tree hill of Sani Resort, a family friendly and sophisticated area, only 75 kms from the city of Thessaloniki and its airport and next to the 5 star Sani Resort (1.5 kms away). The villa itself offers the ideal combination of the privacy and tranquility of the pine forest and at the same time the indulgence of the crystal clean turquoise waters within only a few minutes. The 120 sq.m villa itself is developed on 3 levels. The ground floor hosts a double bedroom, an open plan kitchen, a spacious living room, 2 bathrooms and a secondary wc. The basement provides a spacious second double bedroom with a study, while the open plan attic provides a third twin bedroom (2 single beds each 1.85 m long). Air conditioning is also provided in the ground floor and attic bedrooms. The villa is self sustained with all the amenities, such as WiFi, appliances and linen, for a relaxed and carefree stay. The 900 sq.m private garden enjoys the shade and serenity of the pine forest and is equipped with garden furniture such as dining tables, bbq facilities and the ever necessary sunbeds. Guests can also benefit from a shared swimming pool (17mx10m) located 150m from the villa, which also includes a separated children’s section (10mx5mx0.9m). The pool operates from the 1st of June until the 30th of September. For all other dates guests can use the Sani Resort pools, subject to availability. The villa, as mentioned above, is conveniently situated in the Sani Resort area with its beautiful beaches, gourmet restaurants, boutiques, yacht marina, supermarkets and general amenities. 3 organised beaches can be found in the Sani Beach Resort area, serving different tastes ranging from the sophisticated (Sea-You beach), to the tranquil and picturesque (Bousoulas beach), up to the busy and lively (Anemos pop-up beach). Also there are tranquil unorganized beaches, with no beach bars in the area (Koutsoupia beach) serving the need for more privacy. Almost all destinations are of a 15-20 minute walk from the villa, but a car is highly recommended. Available activities in the area include water sports (scuba diving, sailing, windsurfing), along with hiking, tennis and beach volley, to name but a few. The Sani Resort also caters for all tastes of dining from gourmet restaurants up to traditional Greek seafood and grill houses. Nightlife includes elegant bars and busy promenades in the marina area, while the more adventurous can enjoy the highly popular and international clublife of the nearby Kalithea village up to the early hours.
