Friendly space on the ground floor

My place is close to Peaugres Safari Park, the Rhone Valley, Annonay (3 museums) and Pilat Park. You'll love my place because of the location and the ambiance. My place is good for families (with kids). Possible access to the outside of the house. The space I offer a 40 m2 room with a sofa bed, a kitchen area (with fridge, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, electric hobs, cutlery and table), a single bed, a mezzanine with a double bed, a travel cot if needed and a shower room with toilet. Access to the rented space is independent (since August 2018). Breakfast is included in the room price. You will have at your disposal different drinks (coffee, tea, cocoa, milk, fruit juice), but also something to eat (rusks, brioche, yogurts, butter, homemade jams). Linens and towels are at your disposal. Children's games and books are also available. Guest access Access to the outdoors. Other things to note The presence of cats in the house (not in the part at your disposal) can be a problem for allergy sufferers.
