Our house is in Block II of the Cala Azul Development. It is a ground floor from the entrance on Calle del Tomillo. Being on a hill, from the large terrace (129m2) there are magnificent views of the entire surroundings and the sea in the background. The feeling is of great spaciousness. It is ideal to enjoy our Mediterranean landscapes and enjoy our climate. We are next to the Calblanque Natural Park. It has covered parking, perimeter fencing and key access. The space Our development has a defibrillator for emergencies, a pool with a Jacuzzi and good, well-kept gardens. To access the development you need a key for the exterior gate, and another one for the pool for safety. The house and the surroundings are very safe for children. The house has books in Spanish and English, in case you feel like reading them, and it has a pleasant and light decoration. You will be very close to the port of Cabo de Palos where you can find diving clubs, where you can hire diving trips in the Cabo de Palos and Islas Hormigas Marine Reserve. Guest access You will enjoy the exclusive use of the apartment and the 129m2 terrace. The development has a very large garden with grass, olive trees, palm trees and arcades in each of the six blocks, a saltwater pool with a jacuzzi and a children's pool with parasols and sun loungers. All this is at your disposal following the rules, which are reflected in posters in each area. The apartment has a parking garage under the house.
