Le Menudet, gîte of character, near Limoges

40 m² studio, near Limoges, in a quiet location in the Limousin countryside: unobstructed views, no neighbors overlooking the rolling countryside, the comfort of eco-friendly furnishings, unique design, and a secluded location away from the other buildings on the property. This gîte is perfect for 1 couple (+ 1 baby), 1 solo traveler, or 1 business trip (quick access to the A20), with or without a four-legged friend. Cottage not accessible to people with reduced mobility. The space The cottage consists of a living room: equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster...), a bar that separates from the living room area that hosts the sofa and the TV (satellite DTT). Then you have a large bedroom in which we have built a bathroom-toilet, separated from the bedroom by a wooden structure, in the shape of a garden shed, which allows storage on the bedroom side and bathroom side. Free Wi-Fi is available in the cottage. Guest access Outside, you have a private and unoverlooked terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the countryside. The property is 8 hectares, you can walk around however you please. In a barn next door, you can drop off your bikes, stroller or other equipment. And in another barn, you can access a play area: ping-pong table, foosball, pinball, stepper. Finally, you can also use the bowling green. There is no washing machine in the cottage, but I can do your laundry for free. I can also provide a crib and high chair for a baby. Other things to note Pets are welcome as long as they are respectful of the premises, and are not aggressive.
