Former home of a local captain, located above the Audierne harbor, unobstructed views of the boats and the mouth of the "Goyen" estuary. The house was built in 1892, restored in 1993/94, last renovations in 2016 and 2020/23 In the summer months of July and August, heating is not included in the rent, but can be used if necessary. In the other months, gas consumption for heating up to €60/week is included in the rent. The space The living room is connected to the kitchen and is used simultaneously as a dining and living room. There is an open fireplace and 5 armchairs. The dining table is extendable, for two to ten people. In front of the living room is a small balcony overlooking the harbor. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, gas hob, washing machine/dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, utensils, dishes, coffee/kettle). The bedrooms are located on the upper floors, each with 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms are on one level, therefore a pleasant stay for 2 families or even for a few people who like it very spacious. "Morgensonnegärtchen" downstairs in front of the house, terrace/garden courtyard, facing west, sheltered from the wind by natural stone walls. Central heating. 2 kayaks are available for guests Other things to note In the village you can rent bicycles, including e-bikes, surfboards and kayaks. Surfing, standup paddle, sailing and diving courses are also available. In Plogoff there is a nice riding stable, where you can take guided rides along the spectacular cliff coast and through the heathland. 2 hard plastic kayaks (frenzy décathlon) are in the house and can be booked for an additional €40/stay/kayak
