The house is located in the countryside between Soleto, Galatina and Corigliano, equidistant from the Adriatic and Ionian seas. Recently renovated, it is equipped with all comforts with a retrò look thanks to the traditional cementine floors and the refined furnishings. It consists of two bedroom, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen and is surrounded by a large shaded and fenced garden, with a small swimming pool, gazebo, hammock, swing and an organic vegetable garden. Perfect for families! The space The house is furnished in a classic romantic style and equipped with a rich library from which to draw to enjoy free time lying on the hammocks and swings, hanging in the shade of the now secular oaks. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, a chest of drawers and one with a wardrobe to store your personal belongings.; a small hallway leads directly to the private bathroom with window, recently renovated and equipped with sink, toilet, bidet and shower. The second bedroom leads to the second bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet and shower from a small hallway which is accessed from the living room. A set of sheets and for room is included in the reservation. The living room is characterized by the presence of the fireplace and an ancient sideboard from the 1950s that has just been renovated; here a table for lunch/breakfast, a double sofa bed, fan and television are available. The kitchen is made up of a sink, electric stove and oven, fridge with freezer and all the necessary accessories (pots, plates, glasses, cutlery, tablecloths, etc.) and overlooks the rear of the property. The exterior of the property is characterized by a garden area, which surrounds the house and features lawn areas, hedges and a shady grove, while paths full of medicinal plants lead to the areas used as an orchard and organic vegetable garden. All doors and windows are equipped with mosquito nets, cots, high chairs and an above ground swimming pool for children are also available upon request.
