Converted barn, welcoming, spacious, comfortable, full of light; has great walking, road and mountain biking and horse riding on the doorstep. A perfect base for exploring the hills, beaches, towns and villages of west Wales. Sleeps five - one king size bed (on mezzanine), one single, one set of bunks with full-sized mattresses. Self catering - brand new kitchen. The space Guests have their own space and access and as much privacy as they want. But if you need advice or help then we live close by and are really happy to help you make the most of your visit. So please feel free to ask. Guest access Accommodation - The barn has a spacious and comfy feel to it. From outside you walk straight in to the open plan living room and kitchen in which there is a stylish pellet stove which heats the building. You can sleep closer to the stars in the king-sized bed in the mezzanine bedroom and there is a separate downstairs bedroom with bunk beds with good quality mattresses suitable for both adults and children and a single bed alongside. You have your own walk in shower and a separate toilet. In the utility room there is an airer as well as a washing machine. With the underfloor heating you should be able to dry out your wet weather gear in the event of rain. The kitchen has a gas hob and electric oven so you can cook a really good meal or just heat your beans, and boil an egg if that is more your style. There is access to a freezer should you want it. The little garden area behind the barn is especially for our guests and there is further space for relaxing or playing in the field across the lane. Broadband and mobile signal - We have fibre to the house broadband which supports Zoom and the like as well TV. There is very good 4G signal for EE and BT - less good for other providers.
