The space Maso Rive is a typical Trentino farmhouse surrounded by countryside and near the woods with a wonderful view of Lake Caldonazzo, Pergine and the Mocheni Valley. The lake's beaches can be reached in 3 minutes by car or in 20 minutes on foot. It is a great starting point for excursions both on foot and by bicycle (the bike path is easily accessible in a few minutes). In winter, a strategic point for visiting the Christmas markets of Pergine, but also of Levico Terme and Trento, or spending a few days in the snow: in about half an hour you can reach the Panarotta ski resorts and in less than an hour those of Bondone, Paganella and Folgaria. The apartment, recently renovated, is well maintained and can accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment's long balcony will allow you to fully enjoy the magnificent view it overlooks. Outside, large shared garden with pergola that shades a large table with bench and lawn to relax in the sun. Upon request, we can provide a barbecue. Other things to note The house is located on a hill, above Lake Caldonazzo and in an isolated position with respect to the town of Canale, so as to guarantee guests the right tranquility to enjoy the view and hear the sounds of the nearby forest. It can be reached thanks to a private road that goes up from the town for about 300 meters up to the square in front of the farmhouse. In winter, in case of snowfall, the road is cleaned by the snowplows at the same time as the other municipal roads, so any inconvenience in moving within the municipal area may last only a few hours. However, we recommend that you equip yourself with snow chains if heavy and continuous rainfall is expected, which makes it difficult to clean the roads in a timely manner.
