VILLA REGINA "QUADRI" The home for your vacation

Villa Regina is located in Valtiberina on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, a strategic location for visiting wonderful, historical, cultural and spiritual places. The large and cool apartment at your disposal will make you experience a relaxing, quiet and peaceful vacation. Nearby you will find a restaurant/pizzeria, supermarket, bar/pub and sports facility. If you love nature, nearby, you will find trails that can be walked or mountain biked, such as the Cammino di San Francesco trail. The space The apartment, at your complete disposal, is located to the right of the Villa, on the ground floor; it has all the amenities and also has a storage room with a washing machine and an external porch with a small table. Looking out from the terrace, you can admire the verdant Umbrian-Tuscan hills. Villa Regina is surrounded on three sides by a garden, while the back has a swimming pool with a barbecue and solarium. The outdoor spaces, all fenced, are shared with the guests of the other apartment of Villa Regina. There's a private parking spot. From January 2026, the Municipality has introduced the tourist tax (€1.50) for the first 5 days and for those over 12, which must be paid in cash to the Host upon arrival at the property. Guest access You can move around with extreme privacy in your apartment, but also freely in the shared spaces: garden and swimming pool (open from the beginning of June). Other things to note The apartment does not have an air-conditioned area because the large walls with which the structure was made provide it with a natural coolness.
