The Cilento panorama

The farmhouse includes 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen with a boiler fireplace, a large terrace and a garden with a barbecue and a wood-burning oven (for your pizza). The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, wifi network and outside there is a video recording system for surveillance. Two surveillance cameras at the main gate and five around the farmhouse. Two reserved parking spaces. Guests have full access and can walk around the property. The space The "IL PANORAMA DEL CILENTO" cottage is located in the Cilento National Park Integral Reserve, offering a spectacular view from above, ranging from the Gulf of Salerno to the Amalfi Coast and Capri. The 19th-century farmhouse, renovated in 2003, is surrounded by 350 olive and fruit trees. It is 1.2 km from San Marco di Castellabate. A magical place surrounded by the unspoiled greenery of nature where absolute quiet reigns, making it possible to listen to the sound of the sea and the soft voices of animals in the woods. All this will make your vacation unforgettable! Guest access Our guests have full access to all property (house, terrace, garden, coltivated terraces, wood). There are 12,000 square metres of property around the house, of which 5,000 coltivated with 60 trees of olives and 40 trees of citrus and fruits. The residual 7,000 square metres are oak and pines wood. Please note: To reach the house from the village there is a rising dirt road (not asphalted) of 1.200 metres: you need a car no longer of 5,5 metres to allow an easy drive and parking or any 4x4 Other things to note 1) Bed sheets and towels are not included and have a cost of €10 per person. 2) The cost of electricity is not included in the rental price and is €0.50/kW. 3) The cost of wood for the fireplace is €15 per quintal. 4) The accommodation tax is €1 per person per night. 5) We accept all pets, we ask for a contribution of €35 per animal for extra cleaning. 6) To get to the farmhouse from the village, you have to travel along a 1200 m unpaved dirt road with two curves and a few holes.
