Villa Kunterbunt - Vacation with animals - Reussebene

Our house is located on the outskirts of Althäusern, Aristau. We have many animals to take care of. It has a large garden with patio, sandbox, swings, trampoline, firepit and toys. The house is freestanding and all around is agriculture. On one side, the cantonal road passes through. There is 1 parking space available for our visitors. Hiking, walking, cycling, swimming, nature admiring can be done very well at the nearby Reuss river/Flachsee lake. The space If we or a part of our family go on vacation for a weekend or for a few days/weeks, we offer our house to guests. This happens very rarely. We ask that our guests take care of our house and the furnishings. We are also grateful if you can look after our pets (cats, degus, rabbits, guinea pigs, goldfish, chickens and possibly dog) in our absence. The cats and degus live in the house and are used to children. The effort for this is about 30 minutes per day and is a condition if you want to have the house to yourself. We have a lot of toys for children from 1 to 10 years and are happy to make some of them available to you. We kindly ask you to take great care of them and to put them back in the right place. We provide our guests with our family room for a maximum of 5 guests. If only some of us are gone, we also like to rent out this room with shared use of bathroom, living room, kitchen and garden. We can discuss this with each other in advance. We are happy to show our guests everything on arrival and provide information about our animals. There is about a half-hour instruction. Other things to note Since we share our home with you and provide some of our personal belongings, we ask you to take care of it. Please note that our cabinets are private. Since we rarely rent our house, it is also not optimally furnished for rent, but as it is comfortable for us as a family. The children's rooms of our boys with their personal belongings are off limits for guests. We offer our house at a family-friendly and affordable price, the condition is simply that you look after our animals well. The effort for this is just under 30 minutes per day. Open the rabbit hutch in the morning, bring rabbits and guinea pigs into the barn in the evening and check that chickens are in the barn. Give the cats, rabbits, chickens, degus, goldfish and, if necessary, the dog water and food. Get the eggs out of the barn and maybe eat them. Roughly muck out, make sure that the cats stay in the house and feel free to pet the animals a bit.
