Lower Farm, Family Room for up to three guests

Lower Farm is a traditional Bed and Breakfast in the charming North Norfolk village of Harpley. We offer 3 double rooms in our Georgian Farmhouse, which is brimming with character and period features. Harpley is ideally situated for those who wish to explore the fantastic North Norfolk Coast, walk the Peddars Way, visit the numerous National Trust properties close by such as Houghton Hall, Sandringham House and Holkham Hall. We are surrounded by fantastic pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes! The space Covey is the family room. It is decorated with children in mind so it is not as sophisticated and grand as the other two bedrooms in the house (this is reflected in the cheaper price). There is a large antique French double bed, a single bed and ensuite shower room. There is also space to add in a single put-up bed to accommodate a family of four if required There is ample parking space in the front drive. Guest access Each bedroom has two comfortable armchairs so you can relax in comfort and enjoy the complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits that are provided. Each room has a flat screen TV, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, fridge and kettle. Breakfast is taken in the communal dining room so guests can pass on tips and advice on their favourite local sites and destinations. There is a large garden so plenty of space for children to explore under supervision! During your stay Guests are personally greeted on arrival, and as it is our home we are on hand to help with any guest requests. Other things to note Lower Farm is a working farm in a country village, so be prepared to embrace all the aspects of country life (don't be surprised to hear the owls in the garden at night!). The farm house is a listed traditional Georgian house built in the 18th century, so if you are looking for modern, sleek sophistication this may not be the place for you! However we can offer you a lot of character, a beautiful location, peace and quiet, personal service and a 5 star breakfast in grand surroundings!
