My place is close to restaurants, coffee cafes and great antique and boutique shops. There are family-friendly activities, and great adult nightlife very close by. Less than 10 minutes from historic downtown Franklin. About 10 minutes from Cool Springs. Under 30 minutes to downtown Nashville. About 15 minutes from the world famous Blue Bird Cafe. You’ll love my place because of the location and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The space Large, open studio apartment that is above my garage. Totally private from main house with an entrance thru the garage. Very quiet and peaceful. Host does live in the main home and is generally available if you need anything. Luxury bedding with two types of pillows on the bed. There are two feather pillows and two cooling foam pillows. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, extra linens, blankets, pillows and towels. Guest access There is a full size refrigerator for your use in the garage (which is under the apartment). There is a Keurig coffee maker and a microwave in the room and all necessary dishware, flatware and glassware. Other things to note Only 1 hour from Bonnaroo! Only 30 minutes from CMA Festival! Less than 10 minutes from Pilgrimage Frestival!
