Large quiet room on the first floor of a single-family house, with double bed (180 x 200). For 1-person booking only women! The room has electrically lockable exterior blinds. Overlooking a green garden, in the morning you are awakened by the chirping of birds. The room is in the quiet district of Hochdorf, a short distance from the Freiburg trade fair and the 11th Faculty. Europa Park is only 20 minutes away via the A5. The space The room is located on the 2nd floor of a light-flooded architect's house with garden and large terrace, in the quiet Freiburg district of Hochdorf, which is surrounded by greenery. The room is equipped with a large double bed (180 x 200), a sofa set and dresser. The floor-to-ceiling window can be darkened with an electric external blind. This is used in summer to keep the heat outside. I can easily accommodate 3-4 guests in my house. The large bathroom, on the same floor, is yours alone on the weekend. It is equipped with 2 sinks, shower, bathtub, toilet and bidet (see photos). There is also a hairdryer for guests. They have their own sink and toilet. In summer, the guest terrace is available to every guest. Guest access Guest terrace, garden terrace on request, kitchen is available for breakfast with kettle, microwave, French press, coffee or tea free of charge, shared fridge, The piano in the living room can be played like a concert. During your stay I leave the house in the morning so that my guests can have breakfast in peace and am available in the evening for questions and tips about Freiburg and the surrounding area (I have experience as a city and tour guide in Freiburg). Other things to note I don't accept smokers! I only accept reservations for 2 people for this room, no male couples... For this room, I do not accept single bookings from male persons, only female persons or couples.
