The B&B is located in a rural area of the Orvieto hills, 15 km from the center of Orvieto, precisely on the Umbro Casertinese state road - Biagio - which leads from Orvieto to Montefiascone. It is a typical tuff farmhouse, dating back to the sixteenth century, whose stones were extracted from the surrounding hill that protects it. Completely renovated in 2009, the cottage has three guest rooms, nicely furnished and equipped with a private bathroom. The space The rooms, each with a name inspired by a variety of olive trees, are located on the first floor to ensure maximum privacy and security for our guests. They are accessible via a staircase for the exclusive use of guests. Camera Pendolino is named after a variety of olive trees native to the Florentine region, while Camera Leccino is inspired by the variety widespread in Umbria, characterized by a large tree with a wide canopy. Camera Maraiolo, on the other hand, refers to the olive variety widespread in central Italy. Upon your arrival, upon express request, you can choose between the main breakfast room and the one reserved for the suite, offering a personalized and comfortable experience. Guest access The independent entrance to the rooms guarantees the utmost discretion to our Guests. To ensure maximum privacy and security, the rooms are arranged on the first floor and can be reached via a staircase for exclusive use. During your stay We respect the privacy of our guests. Of course, we remain at your complete disposal for any useful information about the city, the surroundings and its services. Other things to note The price includes breakfast. Accommodation taxes are excluded, year 2016 €2.50 per person per day. Children up to 6 years do not pay.
