40 m2 wooden chalet, with outdoor space separated from the garden of our house by privacy screens for more privacy. Quiet neighborhood, close to forest and 6 km from the beach. Direct access to the bike path; 2 bikes available Nearby: 4 km: supermarket; 1 km: free shuttle to the beach and neighboring municipalities (July and August) pharmacy, bar/tobacconist, media library 5 km: Lake Léon with water activities, horseback riding, etc. From 07/05 to 08/30: rental from Saturday to Saturday The space Ideal for a family or two couples at most, the listing is not suitable for groups. Parties are not possible as we are in a quiet residential area. Not suitable for animals as the openwork fence overlooks our garden and we have 2 cats. Perfect for enjoying walks in the forest, the beach, and the charm of the Landes. The beaches of La Lette Blanche and Saint Girons are beautiful and retain their calm and wild appeal even during the summer season. Guest access 1 secure parking space available in front of the cottage. 2 bikes available (bike path accessible) Other things to note We've chosen not to automatically charge a cleaning fee. This allows guests to choose whether to clean before they check out, or to subscribe to a "cleaning package". We carry out a thorough cleaning between each rental, and we expect it to be returned in the same clean condition (dishes cleaned and put away, garbage cans emptied, cleaning of dirty surfaces, toilets, broom, mop, etc.) Upon request, the cleaning fee of €45 can be added as "additional costs" and paid via the site. The bath towels we provide are intended for use after showering, please do not take them out of the accommodation (not for the beach for example).
