Room for 1-3 people with 3 single beds, can be put together. Desk, dining table with 3 seats, wardrobe, TV, balcony. Furniture: solid pine wood, solid oak floor. Floor bathroom/toilet/fully equipped self-catering kitchen are used by the floor residents/house residents. Quiet, separate forest location. Self-catering kitchen. Sunbathing lawn. Village center/bus/post office/banks/pharmacy/doctors/shops: 5 min.Supermarkets: 15-minute walk. Hiking trails/bicycle path. 12 km from Trier center The space The rooms are assigned by us according to the number of people/availability. The room price depends on the occupancy number. You can choose the room for 5-6 people and the vintage motorhome. When furnishing the rooms, we pay attention to natural materials: floors + furniture made of solid wood. All rooms have dining table, chairs, TV, infrared heating, partly lounger sofa, sink, balcony, terrace and are non-smoking rooms. If the calendar shows occupied (e.g. when a room is occupied), you should still inquire - there are usually several rooms available and some guests cannot come at short notice. Heating season: 10/01-04/30 If a 2-4-bed room is occupied by a single person, the single room price will be charged. For long-term tenants/guests from 8 months including ancillary costs: Room for 1 person: €496/month; Room for 2 people: €696/month; Room for 3 people: €878/month; Room for 4 people: € 1061/month; Room for 5-6 people €1,427/month. Washing machine incl. linen/drying machine, washing powder: €10.00/wash incl. drying. Guest access Common areas, courtyard, garden. Rooms 1 and 2: terrace, rooms 6 and 7: balcony. Parking is available next to the gate entrance During your stay In the house there is a large information shelf about events for guests/tourists. On request, we can advise you on your visits/activities. Other things to note Activities: From May to October, we offer BNE nature and culture hikes (each about 16 km) from Saturday 9 am to Sunday 7 pm in the even weeks (2 days) with a supporting program: 5 organic meals, including 4 raw food meals, 1 dinner, drinks, wine tasting, film, various information). Prices per person: €49 for at least 4 people; €52 for 3; €59 for 2 and €79 for 1 person. Registration required. Overnight stay in the guest house or particularly inexpensive in the hammock/tent at the guest house with use of the guest house's sanitary facilities/kitchen.
