Get in touch for longs stays Really comfy large spacious attic room for a solo traveler in our beautiful large redbrick period home in Clontarf Dublin 3. Bus stop beside the house and its just 10 minutes on the bus to Dublin city centre or a 40 min walk The sea is at the end of road, and there is a nature reserve 20 mins walk where you can swim all year round if you’re able for the cold. Summer students etc Two rooms available My email is aoife m rogers at the main server. Really nice very large double attic room. Very bright and clean. Really big desk, and loads of storage. Myself (Aoife) our my son live here along with our lovely rescue dog Koda. We have other guest rooms…… Guest access Guests have access to their bedroom, kitchen, adjoining living area Please let me know what is your desired arrival time. I will always try and accommodate early check in and late check out. By letting me know what time your flight lands and if you plan on getting a taxi or bus to the house it would really help. I have a dog Koda. She is with me most of the time :-) she is very friendly and playful. Please don’t book here if you are afraid of dogs. It’s her home too. Thanks 🐕 During your stay We are all very busy but we love a good chat with all guests :) This is a real home. This is not a ‘hotel airbnb’ please don’t book here if its a hotel experience you are after. Thanks… Other things to note Koda is a rescue dog and is very friendly. She is with me most of the time at work, but sometimes she is in the kitchen, you will love her. This room is at the top of the house. 30 steps. If you have mobility issues. This is not the room for you. This is a home, not a ‘hotel airbnb’ please don’t stay here if its a hotel experience you are after... No shoes in house. Please bring slippers if you are not comfortable in your socks.
