Casa Metato is located in the middle of a chestnut forest in the Apuan Alps Regional Park. It has private pool and a large garden, private parking and WiFi. It is a very quiet place with no other houses close by, the ideal as base for mountain adventures (mtb, hiking, fishing) or to relax.The house is located about 5 km from the village of Careggine (LU), with several typical restaurants and bars nearby and about 15 km from Castelnuovo, where there are supermarkets and utility shops. The space The uniqueness of Casa Metato is its location. It is surrounded by a chestnut forest with no other houses close by, therefore it is a perfect mountain retreat for relaxing away from the day-to-day routine. You have direct access to many mountain trails in the stunning Apuan Alps regional park (just ask us we can recommend the best trails!). Also for those who love the sea, the beach is only 40 km away so it can be easily reached (Massa, Carrara, Viareggio). Guest access The guest have access to the entire house. Other things to note The house is located about 15 km from the nearest supermarket but there are several restaurants in a 5 km radius. It is possible also to reach the beach with a trip of about 1 hr by car (40 km) in localities like Massa, Pietrasanta, Marina di Carrara. Cinque terre National Park is about 2 hr driving away.
