The space Situated bang in the middle of the beautiful old historic town of Appleby, on the main street Boroughgate with its ancient Church and Castle at either end and council chambers in the middle where William Pitt once sat. Easy access to 7 pubs and bars, shops, supermarket and all facilities. The town is built within a loop of the famous River Eden and there is excellent free fishing on the town waters. Excellent moorland golf course.
