The space Light Haven Guest House is a bright, self-contained open-plan guesthouse designed for one or two guests. Inside, you’ll find a king-size bed with premium linens, a dining table for two, a dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi, and a compact kitchenette with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and essentials for simple meals. The bathroom has a glass-enclosed shower, heated floors, and a clean modern finish. Outside, the private fenced terrace gives you your own quiet outdoor space with seating, greenery, and room to unwind. Access is via a shared courtyard, but the guesthouse itself is fully self-contained and private. Thoughtfully arranged and filled with natural light, Light Haven offers a calm and comfortable base for stays in Malmö. Guest access You will have exclusive use of the entire guesthouse and the private fenced terrace. There are no shared indoor areas. Please note that while the kitchenette is well-equipped for preparing light meals, it does not include a freezer. The courtyard and entrance are shared with two other properties, but your private, fenced terrace ensures a quiet and personal outdoor space. For safety and security, only registered guests are allowed on the property. Additionally, there is a security camera in the courtyard, monitoring the courtyard and the entrance to ensure a safe and secure environment for all guests. Free on-street parking is available, but we kindly ask guests to park in the direction of traffic to avoid any fines. Lastly, while we love to host, we request that guests respect our quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone. Corporate & Business Stays The property is frequently used by business travellers and teams working in the Malmö and Lund area. Corporate bookings are welcome and invoices can be issued for company stays, making it easy for businesses to manage travel and accommodation. IMPORTANT: Before arrival, the lead guest must complete our secure online check-in through an external guest check-in link outside Airbnb. This includes confirming the full names of all staying guests, completing the basic guest details, verifying the lead guest’s identity with a valid government-issued ID, and signing our short-term rental agreement digitally. All staying guests must be listed as approved occupants. This helps us keep every stay clear, safe, and well managed, and supports our insurance, house rules, arrival preparation, and property management. Check-in instructions and access details are released only after these steps are completed.
