Close to Cognac, Angoulême, the beaches are about 1 hour away. Gite equipped for a pleasant stay at home, the bedding is comfortable. Guest access Access to the whole property, you are autonomous to cook, free as at home. The Merlot cottage adjoins the Ugni Blanc cottage. Each of the 2 cottages is independent, each has its own terrace, BBQ, garden furniture, amenities, sunbathing. The large 6 M X 12 swimming pool is shared by both cottages.
