Gite Merlot, capacity 5 people but also ideal for a weekend for 2, (except in July and August when rentals are weekly), to enjoy the joys of swimming and relaxing under the sun or go exploring the countryside of the Cognac vineyard, the noble Cognac drink, Romanesque architecture, the Charente river. Close to Cognac, Angoulême, the beaches are about 1 hour away. Gite equipped for a pleasant stay at home, the bedding is comfortable. Guest access Access to the whole property, you are autonomous to cook, free as at home. The Merlot cottage adjoins the Ugni Blanc cottage. Each of the 2 cottages is independent, each has its own terrace, BBQ, garden furniture, amenities, sunbathing. The large 6 M X 12 swimming pool is shared by both cottages. During your stay I live near the cottage and can answer any questions to make your stay easier. Other things to note Ideally located near Cognac, Jarnac, Angoulême, Rouillac.
