This charming retreat, renovated in July 2023, offers a cool climate even on the hottest summer days, ideal for a regenerating stay away from the chaos of the city. The space The private pool and outdoor spaces At the center of the garden is a beautiful private swimming pool (10x5 m), surrounded by a large solarium equipped with deckchairs and sun loungers. This body of water, which reflects the intense blue of the sky, is the perfect place to relax in total privacy. In the two central weeks of August, the pool could be shared with the owners, a discreet and reserved young couple, absent during the rest of the year. The villa also has an outdoor shower, a barbecue, and a veranda equipped for lunch or dinner outdoors, enjoying the quiet of the garden. Modern and comfortable interiors Fully air-conditioned and spread over two floors, Villa Cavagrande is carefully furnished and equipped with every comfort. On the ground floor you will find a large living room with two sofas (one of which is a bed), a TV, a fully equipped modern kitchen (oven, gas hob, fridge with freezer, microwave and all the necessary utensils) and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms, each with a balcony, and a second bathroom. The bright and welcoming spaces, furnished in a modern and minimalist style, will guarantee you a pleasant and relaxing stay. Guest access On the ground floor, there is one of the two bathrooms, the large kitchen with all appliances, including a built-in dishwasher and washing machine. The table can be extended up to 2.40 m, ideal for nice dinners with friends. There is also a large and elegant dining room, a living room with two leather sofas, one of which can be converted into a double bed, a wall equipped with a 32" LED TV and a fireplace. Upstairs are the three large and comfortable double bedrooms with four- and six-door wardrobes and another bathroom. Outside, the villa is surrounded by large verandas overlooking the garden, allowing you to spend pleasant evenings outdoors. Other things to note In the air in front of the villa, a fantastic swimming pool dominates, surrounded by a spacious solarium equipped with deckchairs and sunbeds where you can enjoy in peace the mirror of water that reflects the intense blue of the sky and a breathtaking view.
