Home sits on an acre in country. No hunting on property so you will see deer in back when grilling. Large u-driveway to accommodate vehicles with boats or trailer. W/D, AC, propane grill, firepit. House near Hanover between Newark & Zanesville. Roku TV in living room and master. Games available. Dillion, Muskingum River is 12 miles east & Buckeye Lake 20 miles west. Downtown Newark is 20 minutes west. Genesis Hospital in Zanesville is 25 minutes east, Virtues golf 5 minutes away. No pets. The space In the midst of nature, 10 mins from Flintridge park, boating & fishing at Dillion, 30 mins to Denison University. Four miles from Blackhand Gorge which has beautiful trails. Perfect location for quiet time, hunters or families. Wifi is available if you need to work also. Apple Tree Auction House is a 20 minute drive. Kitchen includes regular coffee maker, kuerig & tea kettle. Wheel chair ramp going into front door make entry easier for older guests. Large deck in the back has beautiful views for morning coffee or dinner. Guest access There is a garage on property that is not accessible to guest. However, the drive is a u shaped if pulling a boat. Propane grill is on deck but don't set against house. Please pick up trash from yard and deck each evening so racoons stay away. Most of our guests are respectful but please help us preserve our space for future stays by accepting these rules BEFORE you book: NO smoking inside cabin. NO pets allowed. We DO NOT host locals unless you have a compelling reason for needing the space. Please inquire first BEFORE booking, otherwise you may be subject to cancellation of your instant book reservation. The profile picture must match the actual person staying at the house (unless I can verify that you are booking for employees) Other things to note There are woods behind the house and hiking trails nearby at Blackhand Gorge and Flintridge Park. If children will be exploring these areas, please make them aware of what poison ivy looks like. The side & back yard is great for sled riding. A firepit in back with wood cut at edge of trees.
