Self contained studio with separate living area

The apartment is a one bedroom flat on the ground floor. As this apartment is part of a town house the floors are quite thin and you can hear footsteps of people walking above you. If you are a light sleeper this could be an issue and I would suggest my pent house apartment which is same location but on the last floor. Apartment has just been refurbished. It is beautiful, neat, clean and cosy. There is a sofa bed in the living area which can be used as a bed for an extra guest at a charge. The space Our closest underground station is Dollis Hill. The property address is 145 Burnley road Dollis Hill London NW10 1EQ. It is 2 minutes work from Dollis Hill station on the jubilee line please use the Burnley road exit once you are out of the station turn right and the property is on the right few yards from the station. You can also access use of the fully equipped kitchen upstairs on the first floor. Other things to note There is an outside gym at the Gladstone park. The Gladstone park is 5 mins walk but the gym is about 12 mins as it is at the beginning of the park.
