Bright, spacious annexe with private entrance & patio. Quiet area, ideal to relax or work. Located on the historic peninsular of Pendennis. Seafront & local beach 5 mins walk, woods & coast path 5 mins. 15 mins walk to shops & restaurants. Walk the promenade to cafes, and a beach, good for year round swimming & SUP. Train station connecting to London 5 mins walk. Fab for walking & water sports. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). The space Bright, contemporary space with skylights. Large spacious bed/sitting room with TV and WiFi. Glass doors leading to bright eating area with large fridge and microwave. Table and chairs in bright space leads to private patio with olive trees. Tea, coffee, chocolate provided with toaster & kettle. Ideal for working/relaxing as this is a quiet space. Plates and cutlery in room. Please note there is no oven for cooking. Glass patio doors lead onto private patio and seating area with bbq for outdoor cooking. Bathroom is new and modern with large shower. Entrance is separate to house with large glassed area outside front door for boots and coats. Ideal for wet weather gear, wetsuits and outdoor kit. Wetsuits can also be dried outside in the garden. Guest access The annexe is completely private with its' own door. The annexe entrance is accessed through our garden gate and under a comfortable glassed area where coats and bags can be hung up, and shoes and boots stored. Other things to note Parking will be on the street leading up to our house. We live on a quiet cul de sac, which is safe and has spaces to park. This is only 20m from our drive. Our drive is shared so has no extra space. Thanks :)
