The space -Quiet Hour between 10 pm-9 am, please move all activity inside the home -We do charge additional $20 per guest per night after 5 guests (stated under additional prices section) -Absolutely no pets allowed! -Absolutely no visitors allowed at the property -No party and event. -No loud music and noise to disturb our neighbors. -Falsifying total guest count may result in reservation termination -No marijuana or other controlled substances are allowed to be consumed or possessed at this property. -No smoking or vaping inside the house; UP TO $500 FINES -Bath towels will be provided to guests no wash cloths due to sanitary reasons -We are located in a quiet neighborhood with a policeman neighbor. -Be respectful to our neighborhood. -Access to the property will be from the garage with keyless keypad. -Outdoor security camera are in use in the front and backyard; please keep the camera active 24/7 during our guests’ stay -Failure to follow any of the house rules WILL RESULT IN TERMINATION OF YOUR BOOKING and we reserve the right to TRESPASS ALL GUESTS from the PROPERTY with NO REFUND By booking this property you have confirmed that you have read, understand, and agree to everything listed and understand that by breaking these rules/guidelines will result in the forfeit of your $500 security deposit.
