The Cobb Characterful spacious cottage

The Cobb is a light spacious cottage with high vaulted and beamed ceilings sitting at the end of a row of similar cottages. It is next to the wildlife pond with a rill running past the door where you can sit out and relax. There is an enclosed grassed area to the rear of the cottage with washing line, accessed along a path to the side of the cottage. BBQ provided for use in the garden or by the rill. The space One of 6 cottages within the courtyard on the farm surrounded by lush rolling hillsides but only a mile from the local village with pub and shop. There are walks from the door, including a couple of long distance footpaths, and we are only 20 minutes drive from the World Heritage Jurassic coast. There are several historic market towns close by plus stately homes and gardens to visit. Guest access There is a Games room within the courtyard with snooker, table tennis, darts, toy box for very young children, board games, books and maps of the area. There is a laundry room to compliment the washing machine in your cottage with tumble drier and ironing facilities. You are welcome to walk dogs under strict control around fields with no livestock and there is a large mown area to exercise them. Other things to note We do have a dog policy which will be made accessible to you if you are bringing dogs. You may unload your car outside your cottage and then park across the courtyard by the shrubbery. There is one step to access your cottage which is then all on one level.
