The Cobb Characterful spacious cottage

The Cobb is a light spacious cottage with high vaulted and beamed ceilings sitting at the end of a row of similar cottages. It is next to the wildlife pond with a rill running past the door where you can sit out and relax. There is an enclosed grassed area to the rear of the cottage with washing line, accessed along a path to the side of the cottage. BBQ provided for use in the garden or by the rill. There are two pubs serving good food, accepting dogs, within a short distance of the cottage. The space One of 6 cottages within the courtyard on the farm surrounded by lush rolling hillsides but only a mile from the local village with pub and shop. There is another gastro-pub with a lovely large pub garden with amazing far reaching views two miles away perfect for a sun-downer. The cottage has a large fully equipped kitchen should you wish to cook or BBQ at home. There are walks from the door, including a couple of long distance footpaths, and we are only 20 minutes drive from the World Heritage Jurassic coast. There are several historic market towns close by plus stately homes and gardens to visit. Guest access There is one step to the cottage which is at the end of the row of 4 cottages. Access is via a key box outise the cottage. Other things to note We accept well behaved dogs in our cottages, for which there is a charge. We charge £25 for the first dog in a cottage and £20 for each additional dog in the same cottage. We also have an EV charger on site for which we make a charge of £40. A PIN will be sent to use this. If you require the beds re-configured from their default position we do charge £50 for this to cover the cleaners time to remake them twice and for the extra cleaning. This is a working farm so please be mindful of machinery moving about and do not venture into the farm buildings or on machinery as we can not be held responsible for accidents that happen if you go where you shouldn't be. Please, when passing through gates leave them as you find them.
