A comfortable base for both a relaxing seaside holiday and a more active holiday in Snowdonia. The space The living room has a two-seater settee, 2 easy chairs and a drop-leaf dining table for four. There is a large selection of books, maps and local information provided for consultation. The compact kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, fridge and microwave. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has wooden 3-ft bunk beds suitable for children and adults alike. All beds have memory foam mattresses, pillows and duvets. Both bedrooms have adequate wardrobe space. The bathroom has a full-sized bath with shower over, washbasin and toilet leading off. There is a small sunroom and patio area leading to the fully enclosed garden to the rear equipped with various chairs for relaxing. Other things to note DOGS : One dog by prior arrangement only (£25 extra) AMENITY LIMITATIONS - Sheets, pillow cases, quilt covers, bath towels and tea-towels are NOT provided. Please remember to bring your own. ELECTRICITY USE : Please note that charging of EVs is not allowed from the bungalow . There are several charging points in the village. We’ve decided to set a limit of kWh of electricity included in the price - which will easily cover a “normal” consumption - in order to avoid everyone having to foot the bill for some people's excessive consumption (e.g. charging of electrical vehicles...) Any usage above the fixed amount will be charged to your Airbnb account and calculated at the current rate we get charged by the electricity provider. The fixed amount per night is 12 kWh. A reading will be sent to you on arrival which you will be asked to check. And another reading will be made on checking out.
